Questions
- Does it work with my theme?
- Online Store 2.0 themes use the app block. Legacy themes use the app embed with one line of HTML. Every form also has a hosted page you can link to.
- What happens when I reach my monthly submissions?
- Submissions keep being stored and delivered. You see a notice in the app and can upgrade or wait for the counter to reset next month.
- Where are notifications sent from?
- From Form Expert's sending domain, with reply-to set to the visitor's address, so replying reaches them directly.
- Can visitors pay through a form?
- Yes. A form can create a Shopify draft order for an amount from a field and send the visitor to checkout. Card details never touch Form Expert.
- Is there a free plan?
- Yes: 3 forms and 100 submissions a month, with the full builder and the Delivery Log. Paid plans start at $9 a month with a 7-day trial.
- What happens when I uninstall?
- Charges stop immediately. Shopify sends a redaction request 48 hours later and the app deletes the store's data in response.
