Plans and billing
What each plan includes, how billing works, and what happens at a limit.
Billing is handled by Shopify and appears on your Shopify bill. The App Store price is what you pay, on every Shopify plan including Plus. Cancelling or uninstalling stops charges at once.

Every paid plan has a 7-day free trial.
Changing plan
Plan and usage in the app shows the current usage for submissions, emails, storage and forms. Change plan opens Shopify's pricing page for the app; the new plan applies as soon as you approve it. Cancel subscription returns the store to the Free plan.
At a limit
- Submissions: every submission is still stored and delivered. The app shows a notice at 80% and 100% of the monthly allowance. Upgrade, or wait for the counter to reset at the start of the next month.
- Emails: beyond the monthly allowance, each notification is sent to the first recipient only until the counter resets.
- Forms (Free): archive a form or upgrade to create more.
- Storage: uploads are refused until space is freed or the plan is upgraded.
Uninstalling
Charges stop immediately. Store data is deleted after Shopify's uninstall notice, as described in the privacy policy.
